Project Dignity has various initiatives conducted under it to support people in every way possible. One of the initiatives was when Team MSR donated sanitary pads to the females in Kondgaon. Efforts have also been made to spread awareness regarding mensural hygiene among these women. Ever since the launch of this initiative, Team MSR regularly donates sanitary napkins to the women and girls of Kondgaon. Another campaign launched under Project Dignity was in association with Indian Development Foundation (IDF) wherein #Let’sTalkPeriods was an initiative aimed to spread awareness about menstrual hygiene and break the taboo prevailing not only in the village of Kondgaon but also in our society at large. This initiative saw a great level of participation from students as well as the faculties of N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research wherein, each person highlighted their perspective towards periods and further nominated 3 more people to share their opinions and thoughts. Further, IDF also conducted a Menstrual Awareness Camp for 300 students & their parents in the village of Kondgaon. The camp was a huge success, receiving positive responses from them.
