Dr. Chandrakant Varma

Dr. Chandrakant Varma is a faculty member in Human Resource Management. He has completed a PhD and MBA in HRM, is MH-SET qualified, and is pursuing a 2nd PhD in Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He has more than 14 years of extensive experience in academia and industry. He teaches Human Resource Management, Performance Management Systems, Training and Development, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Audit. He has published various research papers and participated in national and international conferences. He is a lifetime member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD). His area of interest lies in Employee Motivation, Performance Management, and Organizational Behaviour.
