In the late 90’s having a year of work experience and whilst pursuing my ICWAI on the side I had decided then that I need to arm myself with a management degree to further my career ambitions. After the entrance process, I was faced with the dilemma of choosing amongst upcoming institutes as apart from learning and gaining new experiences there was always an eye at the placement season. However, at the time whilst the institute was less renowned than it is today, but with the presence of Prof. P. L. Arya at the helm of the institute, having learned of the focus on pedagogy and the support of the managing trustees, I took the firm step of joining the institute. The institute as I see it today has grown from strength to strength and provides world-class facilities and boasts of a strong faculty line-up.
