HR- Guest Session By Mr. Shaikh Muzammil

The HR Expert Talk Team organized a guest lecture on 1st September,2021 on topic “HRIS : Design and Application “ for second year HR students. We were glad to host Mr. Shaikh Muzammil, Director, Qualsoft Solutions Private Ltd.

The Key Takeaways from the session were:

1.ERPs serve as a company’s common resource pool.

2. HRIS encompasses HR processes as different modules into single software.

3.The functional team decides access rights for different modules.

4. Technical and HR people play equal role in implementing the HRMS.

5.There are variables which are prone to change from time to time.

We are thankful to Mr. Shaikh Muzammil for his guidance, we also thank Dr.Chandrakant Varma for arranging this session for us.

N. L. Dalmia has shaped my personality in many ways. I learnt the best of HR subjects from amazing faculty members and the overall ecosystem helped me in becoming a better person.

When I entered the industry to start working, I already had a head start in HR concepts, thanks to the specialized HR batch. Additionally, we were provided with well-rounded development through assessment centres, IR case laws, personality development camps, college festivals, national level paper presentations and multiple sessions by industry stalwarts. I feel proud and grateful to have been associated with this institute. The conceptual and life learnings have shaped my career and more importantly my personality.
