Dr. Caral D’Cunha is an academician and corporate trainer. She has completed an MA in Psychology, MMS-HR, and a Diploma in Labour Laws & labor welfare, UGC-NET, and submitted her Ph.D. thesis in the area of OB and HRM. She has over 13+ years of experience in Industry and academics.  She has published research papers and cases in international publications. She holds a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategies from the prestigious Harvard Business School.

 She is a certified Life Coach by Achology Ltd. in the UK, and also an Internationally certified user of “Personality Profile Analyst” by Thomas Profiling. She is a certified practitioner of NLP by ABNLP, USA. She has conducted many Management Development Programs in the areas of Leadership Development, Personality Growth Labs, Performance Management Systems, and Training & Development for the employees from IT, Start-up, SMEs, and education sector, and the Indian Navy.

Currently, she is Faculty In-Charge of the HR department and Faculty In-Charge of INS Hamla, the institute’s prestigious association with the Indian Navy.
