Prof. Dr. Sarika Jain is a faculty member and HOD of HR. Dr. Sarika Jain is a Fellow (Ph.D.) of IIM Mumbai, formerly the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE). She is an approved Ph.D. guide in Management at Mumbai University and holds a certification in Analytics from IIM Rohtak. Additionally, she earned a Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in Human Resources and Social Work, from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). With over 18 years of academic experience, Dr. Sarika has contributed extensively to the fields of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility across various management institutions. She has also collaborated with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) on the national project titled “Educational Status of Religious & Linguistic Minorities.” Her scholarly work has been published in peer-reviewed national and international journals. Her teaching and research interests focus on areas such as Work-Family Balance, Leadership, Human Resource Management, Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
