Ms. Ritu Tuli is an MBA in finance with an experience of over 10 years in various areas of finance. She has worked on various mandates in the field of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance which includes Mergers and Acquisition, GDR Issue, Amalgamation of companies, Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Debt Syndication. She possesses skills in core specialized subjects like SAPM, Fundamental Analysis & Project Finance and is facilitator for courses affiliated to National Stock Exchange. Her research area of interest is corporate finance and portfolio management and has published 3 research papers and one case study in the same. She has been an active member in the syllabus review committee for Mumbai University for the MMS program.
