NLDIMSR transformed me from a young lad to an amiable professional, with clarity, understanding of viewpoints and perspectives and decisiveness. Teachers here laid the foundation of subjects and inspired to delve into details. This was introduced to me from the first time there, and now I use them at will with finesse. Students from quite diverse backgrounds come together and imbibe a sense of understanding and accommodation.

NLDIMSR is very ambitious, inspirational institute with abundant possibilities. I owe my career success to this prestigious platform which not only honed my general management skills but also taught how to be Industry leaders of tomorrow. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning highs in the college with clear management Vision to make this Institute a mirror of Industry's requirement. One thing that stands out even today, is the passionate people this institute nurtures, who aspire to make a difference to the community in impacting life skills. MBA opened doors to new friendships and relationships with interesting people I never met before. I would like to thank NLDIMSR particularly for this experience.

It was really a rewarding experience to be a part of the 2001-03 batch. NLDIMSR's clear focus on strong academics, along with case studies and interactive learning really helped my overall development, professionally as well as personally. I was trained by experienced and well-regarded faculty members, which helped me to understand academic and general management concepts thoroughly. My batch was very competitive, yet fun-loving and the friends that I made would be a treasure for life.

Everybody has some speciallity in them naturally but one needs to identify it, nurture it and sharpen it well. At NLDIMSR, we followed the same approach with the help of strong faculty, staff members and my class mates. Strong focus on academics stands equally credited for our growth. Our batch came to professional world at very tough time of economy but that gave us strong lesson for career to develop in future.

I have always regarded N. L. Dalmia as my intellectual home and as an integral part of my spirit. Every day of 2 years spent in N. L. Dalmia not just added intellectual growth but an all-round value system to adapt to ever changing Corporate world and Society at large. It has been good to see that the Institution has prospered academically and the quality/diversity of students has increased over the years.

N. L. Dalmia has helped me to rise both in my personal and professional life.

I am from the very first batch of NLDIMSR , passing out in the year 1999. It was truly a life defining "back to school" event and I cherish the time spent here under the able guidance of our erudite teachers. NLDIMSR was the training ground to learn about various aspects of business management and this professional course armed me with the requisite knowledge to step up confidently into the corporate world. I have always been in touch with alma mater through various forums including guest lecture and the umbilical cord which connects us is very much nourishing and helps me with insights and inputs and i always come away with a better understanding of myself and the world we operate in.

NLDIMSR introduced me to the concepts and tools of marketing and creative methodologies I would employ later in life in my chosen field. The communication techniques I learned in the class have been fundamental to me in delivering my professional responsibilities. The values and strength of character the institute has instilled in me have been instrumental. These values and core strength helped me manage the pressures and demands of the competitive corporate world with empathy.

NLDIMSR Students are given an opportunity to explore and discover their strengths and choose the right career path. This is the role, that our institute has played in my life. Astute focus on academics, along with giving practical exposure through interaction with able faculty helped me to be ready for the professional world with confidence.
