Another initiative undertaken during the Pandemic was “Mask for Masses” in collaboration with Indian Development Foundation (IDF). The initiative aimed at integrating local self-help groups for self-reliance, while distributing masks for the ones who could not get one. The masks distributed through this campaign were reusable masks which were stitched and sanitized by the self-help groups. This not only ensured in containing the spread of the disease, but also helped generate a livelihood for the ones who were most affected in this pandemic.
